Wakeboarding Pro Tour
On Sunday 17th March, we went to the Caribean Gardens with Scott, Tania and the kids to watch the Wakeboarding Pro Tour finals. We walked for ages from the car park before we found where it was all happening. We parked ourselves on the side of the lake waiting for some action and hardly saw anything. It was a stifling hot day, somewhere nudging 40. The kids played on the edge of the water, dunking their hat in to keep them cool. We didn't end up staying long. Scott had a pounding self inflicted headache, so he wasn't enjoying the heat. We decided to take the kids home to the cooling and relax there. A little dissappointed we didn't get to see much action. Was really looking forward to seeing some pro's do some fancy tricks.
